Province of Rovigo, Veneto
As is common with most of this region, Rovigo is a flat province only rising as high as 15 metres at its highest points. The rivers Po and Adige run through it and it has a narrow strip of coast along the Adriatic Sea. Due to the lack of altitude it has a humid climate with hot summers and mild, foggy winters.
